Perspective and assumptions are important, because they let you see more of a given situation. But the key to the whole thing is the rapidly changing environment. Wait a second or two and the situation will change. If you’re still watching, then the picture inside your head matches reality more closely than all the other folks who stopped watching and started doing. That’s an opportunity.
